Terms of Service
Effective October 26, 2026. These terms are also the end user license agreement (EULA) for the Hawk Delta integrations for Vercel and GitHub.
1. The service
Hawk Delta ("the service") is operated by Uranoz Solutions ("we"). It monitors the search engine optimisation (SEO) of websites: it reads public pages, deploy events and the analytics you connect, detects changes that may affect search traffic and sends reports and alerts. By creating an account, connecting a provider or installing one of our integrations you agree to these terms.
2. Your account and your sites
- You are responsible for the activity in your workspace and for keeping access to your email address secure.
- Only add sites, Vercel projects, GitHub repositories and analytics properties that you own or are authorised to manage. You confirm you have the right to let Hawk Delta read them.
- You can disconnect any provider and delete any site at any time.
3. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the service and its integrations for your own websites while these terms are in effect. You may not resell the service, use it to monitor sites you are not authorised to manage, attempt to bypass its limits or security, or use it in a way that breaks the terms of Vercel, GitHub, Google or Cloudflare.
4. Your data
You keep all rights to your content and data. You let us process it only to provide the service, as described in theprivacy policy.
5. What the service does not promise
Search rankings depend on factors we do not control. Hawk Delta reduces the risk of unnoticed SEO regressions but does not guarantee that every issue is detected, that every alert is correct, or any level of traffic. Reports may be written with the help of AI and should be reviewed before acting on them. The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
6. Fees
Access is currently by invitation and free of charge. If paid plans are introduced, their prices and terms will be shown before you are charged, and nothing will be charged without your agreement.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost traffic, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or US$ 100 if you paid nothing.
8. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or if needed to protect the service or others. When an account ends, its data is deleted as described in the privacy policy.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in the app before they take effect. Using the service after that means you accept the new terms.
