The app
Where the site is stuck, and what to do about it.
Deploy Guard protects what you have. The app is for growing it: one screen per site with the numbers you can trust, the bottleneck, and a to-do list that tells you when a task is really done.
The app as it is today. Example data.
A diagnosis, not a dashboard.
Seven stages, checked in order, against the same rules every time. The first one that fails is the bottleneck, and fixing a later stage first rarely pays.

The pages are in order, but they sit on page 2. They need links from other sites.

A to-do list that checks itself.
Tick a task when you have done it. HawkDelta takes it from there.

Where you standKnow where the site stands.
Every view reads your own data, day by day, with each deploy on the same timeline.
Search demand
Searches grouped by the page Google shows for them, with share, position, what holds each group back and the clicks a top-3 position would bring.
Who finds the site
The languages, countries and devices of your Google impressions, and the links from other sites that Bing Webmaster Tools counts.
Core Web Vitals
LCP, INP and CLS from the Chrome UX Report: real Chrome users at the 75th percentile, phone and desktop, with 25 weeks of history.
Speed in the lab
PageSpeed results per page on phone and desktop, what would save the most and the third-party scripts that ran. Test again with one click.
What to do nextKnow what to do, and what it did.
Suggestions come from fixed rules over Search Console, the crawl and GA4, the most important first. No guesses.
What your changes did
Each change Deploy Guard saw, and each one you log yourself, gets a verdict 14 to 28 days later, compared with the rest of the site. Logged actions are pinned on the clicks chart.
Indexing
The sitemap pages Google has indexed and the ones it has never crawled, with their type, internal links and when you requested indexing, page by page.
Link previews and social traffic
How each page looks when shared, with broken, small or heavy preview images flagged, and the visits each social network sends.
IndexNow for Bing
Create an IndexNow key, publish the file, and HawkDelta checks that Bing will accept it.
When something movesKnow as soon as something moves.
Alerts are rare on purpose: at most one email a day per site, and nothing a deploy alert already explained.
Traffic drops
Each page’s Google clicks against the same weekday of the four weeks before. A page that loses more than your threshold (30% by default), or the whole site, sends one email that day.
New serious problems
When HawkDelta’s own checks find a page that broke, was hidden from Google or lost its title, or a fixed problem comes back, you get one email.
Social traffic
A week of social visits far below the three weeks before, with the networks it comes from. At most once a week.
Can you trust the numbers?
GA4 is checked before any advice: key events that never fire, conversions from just one or two people, visits from data-center bots, pages people land on but don’t use.
Built for many sites.
Every site, one screen
All sites with their open problems and a one-line diagnosis each, so you know which one to open first.
Five languages
English, Portuguese, Spanish, Japanese and Chinese, for you and, separately, for each site’s reports.
Your time, not UTC
Every date and time is shown in your time zone, in light or dark mode, following your system.
Privacy and code
The trackers each page loads, whether it sends a consent signal, and the Dependabot alerts of its repository, split into shipped and build-only.

The beta is free until February 28, 2027. The first 50 sites on Vercel, Netlify or Cloudflare get in right away; founding members keep 40% off for life.
