Weekly report

The week in one email, on the morning it gets read.

Once a week, HawkDelta writes up what changed on each site and the three things worth doing next. It goes out on the day and hour you choose, in the site’s time zone and language.

What to do this week

  1. Mark “Book a demo” as a key event in GA4. It fired 61 times and isn’t counted as a conversion.
  2. Rewrite the title of /blog/vercel-redirects. It showed up 9,400 times in Google and got 41 clicks.
  3. Make the www redirect permanent. www.yoursite.com still sends visitors on with a temporary 302.

What changed in your to-do list

  • Fixed: /blog/launch has its title back, confirmed after deploy 3f1c2a9.
  • New: 3 pages have no meta description.

The numbers behind it · Search Console, Oct 17 to 23, against the 7 days before · GA4, same days · 59 of 110 sitemap pages indexed

Example data.

Timed for the reader.

  • Your day, your hour

Pick the weekday and the time for each site. Monday at 08:00 in New York means Monday at 08:00 in New York, wherever you are.

  • Only final numbers

Search Console takes a few days to settle, so a report covers the last seven days with final data, not a calendar week that is still changing.

  • Nothing lost

If a delivery is missed while the service restarts, it is sent late instead of skipped, and never twice.

What it reads.

  • Search Console: clicks, impressions, position, top searches and pages
  • GA4: visits by channel, landing pages and key events
  • The crawl: the sitemap pages, their titles, canonicals, indexing and speed
  • Deploys and recent edits, so a page isn’t sent back for a change made days ago
  • Core Web Vitals, social traffic and Cloudflare traffic when connected

Numbers first, words second.

AI writes the sentences, never the figures. Code computes every number first; the text must quote them, and it is checked against them before anyone sees it.

  • Evidence for each claim

Every “what changed” line points at the figure behind it, and the report page shows the numbers in full.

  • Quiet weeks stay quiet

When nothing moved, the report says so in a few lines, written from HawkDelta’s own checks instead of inventing a story.

  • A safe fallback

If the AI’s text keeps contradicting the data, the report is written from the checks alone, and it says so.

Ready to send to clients.

  • Their language

Each site has its own report language, so a client in Tokyo reads Japanese while you read English.

  • Their inbox, with consent

Addresses outside your workspace confirm once before they receive anything. Every email unsubscribes in one click.

  • In the app too

Every report has its own page with the evidence, the email preview and “Run report now” when you want one today.

See it on your own site.

The beta is free until February 28, 2027. The first 50 sites on Vercel, Netlify or Cloudflare get in right away; founding members keep 40% off for life.
